Ottoman Humbarachi and Light Mortar

The Humbarachi (Bombardiers) operated the Ottoman mortars and howitzers, and were separate corps from the gunners, although the lighter pieces operated in the fields alongside the guns. The very tall stovepipe hat (cardboard covered in black sheepskin) is definitely distinctive. This pack contains two metal Humbaraci crew members and a two piece Mortar model.
